Meet The Instructors
Hi, my name is Lisa and I love absolutely every thing about Boogie Bounce!
I have been Bouncing for nearly a year, and I couldn’t imagine my life without it. Since the age of 5 I have been taking dance classes, so when I discovered a workout with loud music, dance moves, party vibes and more importantly: exercises that didn’t make my joints cry, I jumped right in (pun intended) and have not looked back. I’m a firm believer that if you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work and I apply that same mentality to my workouts. I strive to make sure everyone enjoys their Boogie Bounce workout as much as I do, and throughout my classes, I will highly encourage smiling, laughter, singing and even the occasional “Woop woop”.
I guarantee by the end of the class your endorphins will be pumping more than your heart rate. You may leave with jelly-legs, but hopefully there will be a big smile on your face. Can’t wait to see you in class.
Hi. I'm Michaela. I am an instructor with Boogie Bounce at Pakenham.
I have always loved dancing and have been doing so nearly my whole life. Over the past few years, I got caught up with working and put my physical health to the side. Boogie Bounce helped reignite my passion for exercise and dancing and I haven’t looked back!
I heard about Boogie Bounce through Facebook. I always wanted to give it a go and when I did, I absolutely loved it! I have been attending boogie bounce classes since May.
I get to have fun while exercising.
My favourite move is baby box or 1, 2, 3 split! It’s the most fun you will have exercising. No matter your fitness level, you’re bound to have a great time!
Hi I'm Gemma. The first time I tried Boogie Bounce I fell in love with it. The music, the moves, the laughs and not really feeling like you're exercising. I knew right there and then that becoming an instructor and giving people that same rush that same happy feeling I got was what I wanted to do.
I am a massive Rugby League supporter and love going to the games with my family. I go for Storm and my hubby goes for Penrith so you can imagine the competition in our house. We love taking the kids and dog on adventures and seeing new places.
I don't take myself seriously and enjoy having a laugh while teaching Boogie Bounce. Come and try it, you are guaranteed to have fun and start enjoying your workouts.
