Please remember to bring to each class - Grip socks, can be purchased on site for $6 (discounted price) with correct money - Water - Towel Welcome to Boogie Bounce Pop Up Class. ⭐️ Grip socks need to be worn while bouncing. You can bring your own or purchase for $6 on the day. Please bring correct change Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises.
